"Gifted isn't better; it's just different." 

This is my 8th year teaching gifted education and my 15th year teaching. I have served all of them right here at Wetumpka Elementary. I am born and raised in Wetumpka and actually attended school k-12 in Wetumpka Schools. (I am actually teaching in my kindergarten classroom).  I received my undergrad from Auburn Montgomery and my Master's degree from Troy University. I am married to my husband Shelby and we have two girls. We enjoy time at the beach or the lake when we are not on a softball field.
