My name is Kailey Thornell. I am so excited to be beginning my eighth year of teaching. Family is a very important part of my life. I have a wonderful relationship with my parents and my in laws. I married my husband, Austin, in August of 2017. We welcomed our first child, our son Milo, in March of 2019 and our caboose, our daughter Savvy, in 2023. I also love my fur children, Karlie and Archer. I believe I have been called in life to become an educator. I am looking forward to having your child in my classroom as well as the love, laughter, and learning that will be taking place this upcoming school year!
Experience
I taught two years of Kindergarten at Coosada Elementary.
I made a grade level change to 2nd grade in 2018 at Coosada Elementary and became a 2nd grade Indian in 2022.
I am entering my 8th year of teaching this year, but this is my first year to teach 3rd grade!
