High School

I graduated from Holtville High School in 2002.

I graduated from Auburn Montgomery in Elementary Education in 2007.

I finished up with my Masters in Counseling at the University of West Alabama in 2013.

I have taught first grade for the last seven years. I enjoyed teaching and loved to find the stregths in each and every child. This is my second year as a counselor and I look foward to making a difference and teaching the students to be productive citizens.

My name is Natasha McMillan and I am the counselor at Wetumpka Elementary. I know that this year will be full of fun and learning. I hope that my students will leave my classroom with all the knowledge and love for learning that they can acquire. I am so excited to be a part of Wetumpka Elementary. I truly believe in making a difference and that fresh ideas are great. I want to set my standards high so that my students leave with skills to succeed in and out of the classroom I want my students to grow as people. Character education is a wonderful thing that I believe every student should learn about to enable them to be more productive citizens.

I live here in Wetumpka with my wonderful husband of nine years, Chris McMillan, my beautiful boy, Camden, my wonderful daughter, Cally, my sweet dachshund, Peanut, my crazy Brittany Spaniel, Cooper and fun chocolate lab, Reece. My son is in third grade at Wetumpka Elementary so I am also a supportive parent at the school.
